Purchased this for my Girlfriend. She loves this product. Ran out and needed more. I ordered online. Checkout wouldn’t send to her address. Only would ship to my billing address. I ordered and sent a email to their customer service team asking it to be delivered to my girlfriends address. Received no response. Product was delivered to me, and I had to pay a shipping fee of $10 to send to my Girlfriend. Who’s local post office put it in the wrong mailbox anyways and lost it. It was later found thankfully but the surprise was ruined when I had to tell her what it was when she talked to the post office. Would order again, but checkout and customer support needs some work.
